For six years, the Constantine Yorkville Run has been more than just a race — it has been a lifeline for our charity. When we founded the Penelope Neuroblastoma Foundation, in memory of our Little P, we knew it would be an uphill battle to raise awareness for a form of childhood cancer that many have never heard of. Every step, every dollar, has propelled us forward, allowing us to expand vital programs and reach those in need.  

The Run has become an anchor in our fundraising efforts. The generosity of donors and the enthusiasm of runners have made tangible impacts, from funding critical neuroblastoma research to launching new initiatives — like this website, filled with resources and opportunities to donate and support our growing community.  

Team Constantine’s unwavering support has been essential, not only in providing a platform but in fostering a culture of giving that resonates far beyond race day. Their dedication, along with the continued generosity of our donors, has transformed what we do and how we do it. This year, we were thrilled to see participants and supporters come together to raise $129,483.73 for the Penelope Neuroblastoma Foundation.
